Lindsay Lohan, stolen $2,500 necklace, jewelry store

On February 9, 2011, Lindsay Lohan was charged with felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace reported stolen from a jewelry store in January.

Lindsay Lohan pled not guilty, her probation was revoked, and she was freed on bond. Lindsay Lohan rejected a plea deal, and on April 22, the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in prison and 480 hours of community service for the probation violation.

Lindsay Lohan was freed on bail pending an appeal.

On May 11, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer entered a no contest plea on Lohan's behalf.

On May 26, Lohan was fitted with an ankle monitor tracking her movements. Lindsay Lohan was placed under house arrest where she is expected to serve about 14-35 days of her sentence.

Lindsay Lohan, opposite John Travolta, movie Gotti

In April 2011, it was announced that Lindsay Lohan has signed on to appear opposite John Travolta in the upcoming movie Gotti: Three Generations.

Lindsay Lohan was cast to play Kim Gotti, wife of New York City mobster John Gotti Jr.. Production is planned to start in fall 2011.

Lindsay Lohan is also set to appear in Mob Street from the same production team, based on a screenplay by Chazz Palminteri.

On March 23, Lindsay Lohan rejected a plea deal, and a preliminary hearing is set for April 22.

Recently, Lindsay Lohan's Alleged Scuffle With Betty Ford Worker Captured On 911 Call. Authorities may have decided earlier this week not to charge Lindsay Lohan over an alleged December 12, 2010 altercation with a then Betty Ford Center worker Dawn Holland, but now she's facing judgment by the court of public opinion as the 911 call of the incident has just been released.
