"Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)" is a song performed by American singer Lindsay Lohan. "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father)" was produced by Greg Wells and Kara DioGuardi for Lindsay Lohan's 2nd album, A Little More Personal (Raw) (2005). Released as the album's lead single, "Confessions of a Broken Heart" was Lindsay Lohan's 1st song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

The single's music video, directed by Lindsay Lohan and filmed in Chelsea, Manhattan, NYC, references her father Michael's drunkenness and alleged domestic abuse.

In the video, Lindsay Lohan hides in the bathroom as her parents, Michael and Dina (played by Drake Andrew and Victoria Hay, respectively), argue and fight in the living room. Her sister, Aliana (who plays herself, according to Lohan), goes to her bedroom after coming home from ballet class, breaks into tears, even saying a rosary. The three rooms are shown behind a department store window, outside which a crowd of observers form. At the end of the video, Lohan stands behind the glass and photographs of memories fly up onto it, from which she breaks out. Lindsay Lohan said that the video's storefront setting was chosen because, in her words, "my life is on display".
