May days..

On May 20, 2010, Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan arrested picture no 1 was scheduled to appear in Los Angeles County Superior Court in Beverly Hills, California, for her DUI progress report hearing. She did not appear, and attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Judge Marsha Revel that Lohan said her passport was stolen while she attended the Cannes Film Festival in France. The judge issued a bench warrant for Lohan's arrest, but rescinded it after Lohan's representatives posted bail. Lohan attended the rescheduled hearing on May 24, 2010. There, Revel ordered Lohan to attend weekly alcohol education classes, wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, refrain from drinking alcohol, and undergo random weekly drug tests to remain free on bail. Revel scheduled a July 6, 2010, hearing to determine whether Lohan had violated probation by not having attended the required number of classes to date.

In May 2010, producers announced Lindsay Lohan was in talks to star in the 3D horror film Black Friday, directed by Ryuhei Kitamura. The same month, it was announced she was in talks to star in the Willie Nelson-produced adventure comedy The Dry Gulch Kid, scheduled to begin shooting in Texas in Summer 2010. Lohan was concerned the alcohol-monitoring bracelet she was ordered to wear by the judge might affect filming the movie; however, one of the film's producer's, Kerry Wallum, said, "[T]he ankle bracelet means nothing to us, we can take care of that." He added: "We are in talks, but nothing is confirmed yet, hopefully she'll let us know in the next few days. She's a good actress." However, when Lohan’s attorney asked the judge to permit Lohan to go to Texas to begin filming the role in the next couple of weeks, the judge denied the request and stated that Lohan must stay in the L.A. area and suggested Lindsay put the role on hold.

On May 27, 2010, Lindsay Lohan attended a meeting with a new probation officer. TMZ stated that Lohan and the officer went through the prescription drugs Lindsay can take without SCRAM repercussions, which include Adderall and Ambien. The officer went over protocol with Lohan, which requires her to make a nightly phone call to the probation office. During that call, Lohan will be informed whether she will have to go to the probation office the next day and submit to a drug test.

In late May 2010, it was announced that Writer/producer Richard O'Sullivan is offering Lohan the opportunity to play a character loosely based on herself in a movie titled One Night With You.

Comments :
Lindsey has been living by a script pretty much her whole life in her career. I don't think she knows how to act in the real world. i think somebody needs to write her a script for real life so she knows how to act. She seems to think life is just a movie and you can do what ever you want.

Really, what she needs is a re-institution of corporal punishment. It may seem absurd at her age, but by institutionalization something like "the carrot and the stick" could take place, and maybe she will grow up. We are continually shown her childish and immature behavior.

Poor Lindsay Lohan, that makes me really cry....still love her, don´t care what people say

Still kinda hot!
